By shopping at socute.com.au you accept the terms and conditions. The information on this website is provided in good faith and we believe it to be accurate. However, mistakes happen from time to time, so if you notice a mistake or omission please let us know.
How to Shop
To place an order you need to have browsed our products and added items to your cart. You do this by selecting a quantity within the product page then clicking “add to cart”. Once you have finished shopping you proceed to checkout, confirm your order and enter payment method. If the idea of shopping online scares you in any way and you want to deal with a real person, just email your order to sales@socute.com.au along with your contact details and it can be processed that way.
You can place your order, or send us an email, any time. However please be aware that we monitor orders and email on week days and will respond to any correspondence during that time.
Our Stock
Every attempt is made to represent the items accurately, however small details and colours may vary slightly from what is shown. If you have any questions please email us.
Stock Availability and Prices
Stock is subject to availability and is continually monitored. We cannot be held responsible for items that sell quickly which we cannot resupply due to the manufacturer being out of stock. All prices are inclusive of GST. Prices are correct at time of purchase but are subject to change without notice.
Shipping Method
All orders are sent via Australia Post registered mail and require a signature. Items are usually delivered within 1 to 5 working days, longer for remote areas. The online ordering facility is available for delivery in Australia only. For overseas deliveries, you will be notified of the shipping cost via email. Please check your order against the packaging list before opening or using the items and if there is a problem email us straight away at sales@socute.com.au.
Delivery Delays
If there is a delivery delay due to the product being unavailable we will let you know within 2 working days but we cannot be held responsible for the carrier delaying delivery due to strike or other unforseen circumstances.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If an item is faulty or damaged, please let us know, by email (sales@socute.com.au), within 7 days of receiving it. You will be issued with an authorisation number so it can be returned to us by registered mail. We will replace the item and send it to you without a freight charge to you.
Exchanging
If you wish to exchange an item we are happy to do so under the following conditions: i) The item must be in its original packaging and condition (unopened); ii) the item is to be returned at your cost within 7 days of receiving it; iii) please return the item with a copy of the invoice.
Refunds
We are happy to refund the cost of the product and freight if it is faulty. If an item is returned because you have changed your mind, we will refund the cost of the item only. Refunds will be given via the method by which you paid.
